It is the responsibility of the government to provide systematic land management to the citizens of the state. Successful land management means that all citizens of the state should be provided with transparent, accessible and accessible revenue administration so that all the sections of the society especially the neglected Mahadalit and backward classes get the opportunity to make proper use of the land and their financial In addition to social and cultural development, the proper benefit of social justice can be ensured.

The main objective of the Department of Revenue and Land Reform is to provide transparent, sensitive and active land management system to the citizens. The Government has implemented the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 for the speedy and smooth execution of land disputes. Similarly, the Bihar Land Tribunal Act of 2009 has been implemented with the aim of reducing the pressure on the judicial system of the state and arranging a conspicuous platform for matters related to land related matters.

The introduction of land records through land survey is the constitutional obligation of the government. Modern technology is being used in the state for the first time in order to prepare the land map and calculation of land by geo-survey. After filing a digital map through photography, ground verification will be prepared. The entire map of the entire state will be available on departmental websites. It is a worthwhile effort towards resolving land disputes. The main purpose of this entire process is to provide information to the farmers and other concerned about online land records.
