    1 and 2 Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes welfare department has to implement welfare schemes by the State Government for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes sections, specifications, acts and duties. Apart from this, making available scholarships to all the students of the respective class as per rules and the responsibility of discharging obligations in respect of rules / regulations and circulars issued from time to time by the operations department / department of residential schools run by the department.
    3- Responsibility and discharge by the Regional Offices under the control of the department is supervised by the high officials of the district and divisional levels in their area. At the top the supervision is done by the department. 
    4- The scope of discharge of functions is the departmental rules and circulars. 
    5- The work of making departmental update Compendium is in process. 
    Policies set by the government 7 and 8 are duly set for the welfare of sections related to the department. At present, the State Scheduled Caste Commission, State Scheduled Tribes Commission and State Mahadalit Commission have been formed. Which requires public consultation.

    Monthly salary and budget related information of officials / employees on 10 and 11 departmental websites as mentioned in above 5 is  available on the departmental website.
    The grant is given to the victims under the conditions prescribed in the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Atrocities Act. Licensing (Lisc e nce) is not issued by the Department .
