It is the responsibility of the Government to ensure systematic and effective land management for every citizen of the State. Good land governance requires a transparent, accountable, and accessible revenue administration that enables all sections of society—particularly the Mahadalit, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Extremely Backward Classes, and other marginalized communities—to make optimum use of land resources. Such an approach strengthens economic opportunities, promotes social justice, and contributes to the inclusive growth and sustainable development of Bihar.
