Engineering Colleges
Admission to Various Engineering Colleges, under the administrative Control of the Science, Technology and Technical Education Department is being done through Entrance Examination in accordance with the Bihar combined Entrance competitive Examination ACT 1995. As per the Act, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECB) Conduct Combined Competitive Entrance Examination for admission in degree courses in Engineering available in Colleges and Institution of the State of Bihar as well as those situated Outside Bihar against state quota seats.
Polytechnic
The Board also conducts Diploma Entrance competitive Examination for Admission in various Polytechnics in Govt. and Govt. recognized Institution in the State of Bihar, vide Science, Technology and Technical Education Department, Govt. of Bihar’s letter no. 200 dated 02.02.2001.
