Department of Industries

To facilitate the resolution of difficulties faced by investors during the establishment and operation of industries in Bihar, the Udyami Adalat (Investors Court) is organized under the chairmanship of the Secretary, Department of Industries, Bihar, Patna.

The meeting is held on the last working day of every month in the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Vikas Bhawan, Patna.

Representatives from the concerned Departments, Organizations, and Industry/Trade Associations also participate in the proceedings to ensure timely grievance redressal and smooth industrial development.
