A pre-budget meeting was held today at the auditorium of the Old Secretariat, chaired by the Honorable Finance Minister, Shri Bijendra Prasad Yadav, as part of the preparations for the 2026-27 budget. The meeting included detailed discussions on matters related to the state health sector, agriculture and allied sectors, industry (including women s entrepreneurship), and the information, science, and technology sectors. Present on the occasion were the Honorable Agriculture Minister, Shri Ram Kripal Yadav, Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department, Shri Anand Kishore, Secretary (Expenditure) Smt. Rachna Patil, and representatives from the respective sectors.
