CHAPTER-II RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICERS

Under the provisions of this Act, all citizens will be entitled to information.

(1) 

Every public authority shall-

(a)

For the availability of resources, computerized and connected, all its records are duly listed and indexed and form in a manner that facilitates the right to information under this Act and to ensure that all records that are suitable to be computerized, There is a reasonable time and all the different systems of maintaining within this subject, therefore, have accessibility to such records, but not one nationwide. Through Tvrk;

(B)

Published within one hundred and twenty days after the enactment of this Act -

(i)

Details of your organization, tasks and duties;

(ii)

Duties of the powers and its officers and employees;

(iii)

Process followed in the process of decision-making, including channels of supervision and accountability;

(iv)

The norms determined by the discharge of its functions;

(v)

Rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, used by its employees for or through its control or for the discharge of its functions;

(vi)

A statement from the categories of documents that are by it or in its control;

(vii)

There is a system that explains the existence of consultation with members of the public, or representation in connection with the creation of its policy or its implementation;

(viii)

A statement made by the boards, councils, committees and other two or more persons constituted for the purpose of its part or for the purpose of its advice, and whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies Open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible to the public;

(ix)

A directory of its officers and employees;

(x)

Monthly remuneration received by each of its employees and employees compensation system provided in their rules;

(xi)

(xii)

Methods of execution of Subsidy programs, including allotment of quantities and details of the beneficiaries of such programs;

(2)
